Data protection


Gergely Téglás (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) during the operation of the site (hereinafter referred to as the Website) manages the data of the visitors and registrants (hereinafter referred to as “User”) of the Website.

In connection with the managing of data, the Service Provider hereby informs the Users about the personal data he manages on the Website, about the principles and practices in the management of personal data, and the ways and means of exercising the rights of those concerned.

By using the Website you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and agree to the data management specified below.


  1. Purpose of data management

 Service Provider manages the information provided by User on the purpose of:

– fulfillment of the order,

– allowing invoicing,

– delivering of products,

– contact,

– subsequent proof of the terms of the contract

The data to be automatically recorded is intended for statistical purposes and for technical development of the IT system.

The Service Provider does not and shall not use the personal data provided for purposes other than those specified above. Issuance of personal data to a third party or authorities is subject to the prior consent of the User.

In all cases where the Service Provider intends to use the provided data for purposes other than the purpose of the original data recording, Service Provider informs User and obtains his/her prior consent or gives him/her the opportunity to prohibit the use of data.


  1. Legal basis for data management

Data management is based on a voluntary, appropriate statement of information of the Users of the Website. This statement contains the consent of the User to use their personal information provided during the use of the Website.

Data management by the Service Provider is based upon section a) of Paragraph 5.1. of Act CXII of 2011 on information freedom of information and freedom of information (hereinafter referred to as the Info. Act) based on the voluntary contribution of the User, and based on the Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services and information society services.

Service Provider does not verify the authenticity of the personal data provided. For the authenticity of the provided data, only the User is responsible. User assumes responsibility for providing the e-mail address, that only he/she will receive the service from the specified e-mail address. With regard to this responsibility, any responsibility associated with a login with a certain provided e-mail address will be borne exclusively by the User who registered the e-mail address.

  1. Duration of data management

The management of personal data begins with the registration or providing the mandatory information necessary when ordering to complete the order and will last until canceled upon request. In the case of non-mandatory data, the duration will take up from the date of entering the data up to delete that data at request.

Personal data can be deleted at any time after the cancellation request has been sent to Service Provider. Upon receipt of the request, the personal data will be deleted from the system within 5 working days by the Service Provider.

Logged data will be stored for 6 months from the date of logging (except for the last visit date, which will be automatically overwritten).

The above provisions do not affect the fulfillment of the retention obligations laid down by law (eg accounting law) as well as on the basis of additional data management contributions made during registration on the Website or otherwise.


  1. The scope of the personal data managed

Registration / Ordering datas

User does not need to sign up (register) on the Website to issue an order. In order for the Service Provider to complete the order, you must provide the following datas:

  • Surname
  • First name
  • Company name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Country
  • Address: Street; Doorbell, door, etc. (not neccessary); City; County; Zip code

Technical datas

The data of the User’s computer when logging in, that are generated when using the service and which the Service Provider’s system records as an automatic result of the technical processes. These are in particular the date and time of the visit, the IP address of the User’s computer, the type of your browser, the address of the visited and previously visited web site.

The data to be automatically recorded will be automatically logged on entry or exit without special statement or action of the User. These data may not be linked to other personal user data (except for statutory cases). Only the Service Provider can access the data.

The Website’s html code may contain references to external servers that are independent of the Service Provider and point to an external server. The providers of these links can collect user data because of their direct connection to their server.


The Service Provider or the designated external service providers have a small data packet (Cookies) that are placed and read back. If your browser returns a previously saved cookie, the cookie operator will have the ability to combine the information that you saved with your current visits with the previous one, but only for its own content.

The Service Provider uses the following cookie:

– session cookie: session cookies will be automatically deleted after the visit or the User. These cookies are designed to help the Service Provider’s website work more efficiently and safely, so they are indispensable for some features of the Website or some applications to function properly.

– Persistent cookie: a persistent cookie is also used by the Service Provider for a better user experience (eg providing optimized navigation). These cookies are stored for longer in the browser cookie file. This depends on the setting of the User’s web browser.

– Password-protected session cookie.

– Cookie required for shopping cart.

– Security cookie.

The “Help” feature in most of the browser’s menubar provides you with information about:

– how to disable cookies in User’s Browser,

– how to accept new cookies,

– how to instruct the browser to set a new cookie or

– how to turn off other cookies.

External servers help you independently measure and audit site and other webanalytic data on the Website (Google Analytics). Data controllers can provide detailed information to the User about handling the measurement data.


If the User does not want Google Analytics to measure the above data for the purposes described, install the blocker plugin in your browser.

The Website uses Google AdWords remarketing tracking codes. This is based on looking for site visitors later on with remarketing ads on websites in the Google Display Network. The remarketing code uses cookies to tag visitors. Users of the Website may disable these cookies if they visit the Google Advertising settings manager and follow the instructions there. Thereafter, they will not receive personalized bids from the Service Provider.


  1. Scope of persons who can acces data. Data transfer, data processing

Data is primarily the Service Provider’s or his internal staff’s right to know, however the data will not be disclosed to third parties (s).

The Service Provider can use a data collector (eg system operator, carrier company, accountant) to perform orders and settle accounts. The Service Provider is not responsible for the data management practices of those external actors.

In addition to the foregoing, personal data relating to the User may be transmitted only in a legally binding and / or agreed manner.


  1. User’s rights and enforcement options

7.1. Right to information

User is entitled at any time to request information about the personal data that Service Provider manages.

At the request of the User, the Service Provider shall provide information on the User-related data managed by the Service Provider or by the data processor entrusted by the Service Provider, also on their source, the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data processing, the name, address and data management activity of the data processor, the circumstances, effects and the measures taken to remedy the data protection incident, and, in the case of transmission of the personal data of the User, the legal basis and the addressee of the transfer.

Service Provider – if he has an internal data protection officer, through the internal data protection officer –  keeps a record in order to check on the data protection incident and to inform the User. This record includes the User’s scope of personal data, the scope and number of data subjects involved, the date, circumstances, effects of data protection incident and the measures taken to prevent the data protection incident as well as other data specified in the statutory provision for data  management.

The User may contact the Service Provider with any questions or observations related to the processing of data through the contact indicated in section 3.

7.2 User may request the deletion, rectification or blocking of their data

The User is entitled to ask for at any time to correct or delete incorrectly recorded data at one of the contacts mentioned above. The Service Provider will delete the data within 5 working days of receiving the request, in which case they will not be able to be restored. The deletion does not apply to data processing required by law (eg accounting regulations), which the Service Provider keeps for the required period of time.

The User may also request his data to be blocked. The Service Provider blocks personal data if the User requests so or if, based on the information available, it may be assumed that deletion would undermine the legitimate interests of the User. Blocked personal data can only be managed as long as there is a data management purpose that excludes the deletion of personal data. The User, as well as anyone to whom data has been transferred previously for data management, must be notified of the correction, blocking, and deletion. Notification may be omitted if it does not violates the legitimate interest of the User with regard to the purpose of data management.

If the Service Provider fails to fulfill the User’s request for correction, blocking or deletion, within 30 days of the receipt of the request Service Provider shall state in writing the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the application for rectification, blocking or cancellation.

7.3 User may object to the processing of personal data

User may object to the processing of personal data. Service Provider will examine the protest within the shortest possible time but not later than 15 days from the submission of the application, shall decide on its validity and shall inform the applicant in writing.

User may exercise his rights on the contact details indicated in section 3.

7.4. Based on Information Act (Info. tv) and the Civil Code (Polgári Törvénykönyv) Act V. of 2013 User may:

  1. contact the National Privacy and Information Authority (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság), 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c,
  2. enforce his/her rights before the court.

If the User has provided third party data for the use of the service during the registration, or during the use of the Website, have caused any damage, Service Provider is entitled to claim compensation against the User.  In such a case, the Service Provider shall provide all available assistance to the acting authorities for the purpose of establishing the identity of the infringing person.


  1. Using e-mail addresses

Service Provider shall pay particular attention to the lawful use of electronic mail addresses he manages, which he uses only in the manner specified below for sending an informative email.

Managing e-mail addresses primarily serves to identify the User, to fulfill orders, to contact when using the services, so sending e-mail is primarily done to do so.


  1. Data security

Service Provider undertakes to ensure the security of the data, and will take the technical measures to ensure that the data recorded, stored and managed are protected, and will do everything in order to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use and unauthorized alteration. Also commits himself to call for the fulfillment of the obligations of any third party to which the data may be transmitted or handed over.


  1. Other provisions

Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change this Privacy Policy by notifying the User through the Website in advance. After the amendment has entered into force, by using the Website, User agree to the terms of the revised Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is valid until 11.01.2018.
